MCR Hukuk was founded in 2017 by Attorney İzzet Maçoro, who has been engaged in representing and advising clients in all aspects of law, to provide clients with advice and counsel on a broad range of legal matters.

Att. İzzet Maçoro
Mr. İzzet Maçoro graduated from Marmara University Law School in 2004 and gained admission to the bar to practice law in 2005.
An expert in litigation, Mr. Maçoro represented clients in a broad spectrum of complex legal and business issues offering services in Labor Law, Obligations Law, Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law, Family Law, Administrative Law, Inheritance Law, etc.
Since 2023, he has been providing mediation services in addition to his legal services.
Aside from his native tongue of Turkish, he is proficient in English and comfortable in daily conversational Spanish.
Mr. Cem Topal graduated from Istanbul University Law School in 2013 and gained admission to the bar to practice law in 2014.
An expert in litigation, Mr. Topal represented clients in a broad spectrum of complex legal and business issues offering services in Labor Law, Commercial Law, Family Law, Real Estate Law and Debt Collection etc.
Since 2020, he has been providing mediation services in addition to his legal services.
Aside from his native tongue of Turkish, he is proficient in English.

Mrs. Esra Topal graduated from İstanbul Commerce University Law School in 2014 and gained admission to the bar to practice law in 2015.
Mrs. Esra Topal has provided advocacy and consultancy services within the scope of litigation attorneyship, especially in Real Estate Law, Construction Law, Zoning Law, Urban Transformation Law.
Since 2023, he has been providing mediation services in addition to his legal services.
Aside from her native tongue of Turkish, she is proficient in English.

Mrs. Ceren Akçakoca graduated from Yeditepe University Law School in 2018 and gained admission to the bar to practice law in 2019.
Mrs. Ceren Akçakoca has provided advocacy and consultancy services to Turkey's leading companies in different fields of law, especially in Commercial Law and Law of Obligations.
Aside from her native tongue of Turkish, she is proficient in English.
Liana Maçoro
Mrs. Liana Maçoro studied “International Relations” at Koç University and graduated in the year of 2003. Liana had her first work experience in TEB N.V. Bank as a “Customer Representative”. For three years, Liana has prepared documentation regarding customer credits, followed up customers daily transactions and inquiries.
After her experience in the bank, she started working for Sitel A.Ş., a paper and board representation company. For ten years, Liana has worked as a “Business Developer”, helped the company grow its sales, revenues and competitive advantages.
Since the beginning of 2018, Liana has been working for our law firm as a “Business Development Manager”. Aside from her native tongue of Turkish, she is proficient in English and comfortable in daily conversational French and Spanish.
